You may request the closure of your 99bom Account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Prior to closure, any pending withdrawals will be processed in accordance with our standard withdrawal procedures. 99bom accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following approved payment methods available to Philippine players:

99bom shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, power failures, internet outages, or other force majeure events.
99bom reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your Account at any time, with or without prior notice, if we determine that you have breached any provision of these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, or if we are required to do so by applicable law or regulatory directive. In the event of termination for breach, any balance remaining in your Account may be forfeited.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting 99bom customer support. Upon closure, any real-money balance remaining in your Account (net of any applicable Bonus Funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC verification requirements.
Upon termination of your Account for any reason, your license to use the 99bom platform is immediately revoked. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination – including sections relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, and governing law – shall continue to apply after termination.
